Supporting GiGi's Playhouse
Kitchen Sales was proud to support the opening of GiGi's Playhouse Knoxville by providing kitchen cabinets for the new space at a discounted cost. GiGi's Playhouse provides free educational, therapeutic, wellness, career, and family support programs for individuals with Down syndrome and their families. We're honored to have played a small role in helping create a welcoming community space that will serve families throughout Knoxville and East Tennessee for years to come.
Supporting the McNabb Center Through Russell Biven Clayfest
Each year, the Kitchen Sales team is proud to participate in the Russell Biven Clayfest Tournament benefiting the McNabb Center. The annual event brings the community together for a day of sporting clays while raising support for children, adults, and families in East Tennessee who need mental health care, substance use, social, and victim services. We're honored to be part of an event that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of so many throughout our community.
Mardi Growl 2026
Kitchen Sales was proud to be part of Mardi Growl 2026 in Knoxville, joining the community for a fun-filled day celebrating our four-legged friends. This annual event brings together local businesses, pet lovers, and organizations while supporting Young Williams Animal Shelter and its mission to provide care, shelter, and resources for animals in need. We loved connecting with attendees at our booth and being part of an event that gives back to such an important cause in our community.
Willie Raines Sporting Clays Tournament
Kitchen Sales was proud to support the First Annual Willie Raines Sporting Clay Tournament, an event created to honor the lives of Willie Raines and Britton Butler, who were both diagnosed with colon cancer at 22. Willie, the son of Kitchen Sales' recently retired team member Angela Raines, fought courageously through a two-year battle with colon cancer. His strength and determination, along with Britton’s story, inspired this tournament and its mission to bring people together in support of those affected by colon cancer. Proceeds from the event benefited Team Britton, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting those facing cancer and their families.
Hurricane Helene 2024 Flood Relief
In the wake of Hurricane Helene in 2024, Kitchen Sales joined forces with other local businesses, the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, and local law enforcement to support flood victims across Tennessee and North Carolina. By donating time, resources, and essential supplies, the group worked together to help get much-needed assistance directly to affected communities. Kitchen Sales also opened its showroom locations as supply drop-off points, giving members of the community an opportunity to contribute to the relief efforts. During such a devastating time, it was inspiring to see local businesses, first responders, and neighbors come together to support those in need.
