Do your sales/design team members meet at our home or only in the showroom?
A Team member would be happy to meet at your home initially before you come to one of our showrooms.
Do you charge for designs?
No, we do not charge for meeting you and designing your project.
Do you offer 3D designs?
Yes, our Team members will provide you with 3D designs.
Do you offer installation?
Yes, we offer installation through subcontractors that Kitchen Sales will hire for you or you can provide your own installation.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer delivery for a fee. We have delivered products in our surrounding Knoxville area and as far as GA, VA, NC, and KY.
Do you only offer products and services for kitchens?
No, we offer products and services for any room in a residential/commercial location like baths, laundries, desks, entertainment built ins, wet bars, man caves, garages and apartments. Anywhere you need our products, we can help!
What area do you offer products and services?
Both of our kitchen and bath showroom locations are in Knoxville, TN. We service the surrounding area and beyond. Our products have been delivered and/or installed many states away!
What products do you offer?
Kitchen Sales offers the most products in our industry in our area! We offer cabinets, countertops, appliances, hardware, and more in every price point to meet every customers needs.

Does Kitchen Sales offer refacing of cabinet doors and drawer fronts?
No, we do not offer painting of existing cabinets.
How do I clean and care for my cabinets?
We recommend you use the cleaning and care instructions from the manufacturer of the products.
Project Details
What is the typical lead time?
There is no typical lead time. We offer a wide array of products that range from in stock to custom order with lead times that could be as much as 12 weeks, depending on the products you choose. Our Team will make you aware of lead times before you order.
Who is responsible for measurements?
Customers can provide measurements for estimates and a Team member would double check those before ordering products if the customer prefers or if Kitchen Sales is hiring an installer.
