Jack coordinated every step of our year-long 6200 sqft project and consistently checked in with helpful reminders. He even came out for an on-site visit, and his measurements were spot-on. The only issues we encountered were from the cabinet manufacturer—a panel arrived in the wrong color and one door needed attention. I contacted Jack and he immediately reached out to the vendor. A replacement was ordered right away, and he personally delivered the correct panel. He went above and beyond by inspecting every cabinet inside and out, to ensure everything was perfect.
